五种悪習

7-1/2 Years

Seven and a half more years !

That’s how much longer adult Ontarians would live, on average, if they could collectively overcome five unhealthy habits:

1. smoking,
2. excess alcohol consumption,
3. poor diet,
4. sedentary behaviour and
5. stressing out

That is the conclusion of a new report from the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences and Public Health Ontario.

跟據”安省臨床鑑定科學與公共衛生研究所”的一份硏究報告, 如果閣下能除去以下五种悪習, 就能延長生命七年半:

1. 吸煙
2. 酗酒
3. 不良飲食習慣
4. 缺乏運動
5. 精神緊張
